£10 deposit per person is required at time of booking. Full pre-payment is required 1 month prior.
Deposit payments can be made with card details over the phone only.
Please note that as we return to normality, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations, either by individuals or as a group, received 1 month prior to event will result in loss of deposits.
Cancellation for individuals on proof of a positive case of Covid received up to 3 days prior will result in initial loss of deposit. The remaining balance will be issued onto a credit voucher to utilise another time towards any service or alternative event at Hempstead House, valid for a full 3 months from the issue date.
All non-covid cancellations received within 1 month of the event will unfortunately result in a full cancellation charge.
Guests are entitled to a full reimbursement should the hotel cancel the event unless the hotel is forced to close following government guidelines where a full credit voucher only will be issued.
Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
