Back By Popular Demand! We announce an additional date for a fantastic evening of the smooth sounds of Motown!

Follwong the Sold Out event in December, we invite you to a second date with not just 1 but 2 Motown acts to get you Dancin' in the Street!

The Supremes inspired Soulettes of Motown will have you singing along to some classics with the fabulous 6 piece BBE Motown and Soul Band continuing the live entertainment and have you dancing on the dance floor, celebrating the soulful tunes of the great Motown sound.

Inclusive of bubbly on arrival, 3 course dinner, coffee and live entertainment, a night not to missed as we welcome 2024!

Why not make the most of your time with us and take full advantage of our accommodation and Aquamanda Spa from check in of 3pm until 5pm the following day. Rates start from £205 B&B for double occupancy.

Guests attending our Special Events qualify for a complimentary upgrade (subject to availability).

To confirm a reservation, card details are required and will be held against the booking for cancellation purposes. Accommodation can be settled on arrival with the option to cancel 7 days prior to arrival.

Information

£10 deposit per person is required at time of booking. Full pre-payment is required 1 month prior.

Deposit payments can be made with card details over the phone only. 

Please note that as we return to normality, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations, either by individuals or as a group, received 1 month prior to event will result in loss of deposits.

Cancellation for individuals on proof of a positive case of Covid received up to 3 days prior will result in initial loss of deposit. The remaining balance will be issued onto a credit voucher to utilise another time towards any service or alternative event at Hempstead House, valid for a full 3 months from the issue date. 

All non-covid cancellations received within 1 month of the event will unfortunately result in a full cancellation charge.

Guests are entitled to a full reimbursement should the hotel cancel the event unless the hotel is forced to close following government guidelines where a full credit voucher only will be issued.

Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
