Where Escape Room meets Christmas Party!

per person includes 1 hour Escape Game, glass of bubbly, festive dinner and disco

The fantastic team from The Panic Room will be here with their 60 minute Christmas Scene Investigation.

Can you solve the problems and puzzles as a team at your table and be rewarded with your glass of bubbly in time? Followed by a delicious festive dinner and finishing with a disco, a fabulous alternative to the traditional Christmas party.

£65 per person to include the Escape Game, glass of bubbly, 3 course festive dinner and disco.

Private tables are guaranteed for parties of 8+ or more only. Smaller parties are of course welcome and will be seated with other smaller parties to make up a table of 10 or 12, working in 2 groups per table.

Timings

Doors open from 6pm with the Escape Game at 6.30pm and prompt dinner service at 8.00pm. The evening will close by 11.30pm.

Dress Code

Smart Casual is perfectly acceptable but dress to impress if you wish - it is Christmas after all!

Rooms

Why not make the most of your time with us and take full advantage of our accommodation and Aquamanda Spa access from check in of 3pm until 5pm the following day. Rates start from £205 B&B for double occupancy.

Guests attending our Christmas Events qualify for a complimentary upgrade (subject to availability).

To confirm a reservation, card details are required and will be held against the booking for cancellation purposes. Accommodation can be settled on arrival with the option to cancel 7 days prior to arrival.

Information

Unless otherwise stated, a £10 deposit per person is required at time of booking. Full pre-payment is required 1 month prior.

Deposit payments can be made with card details over the phone, bank transfer or payment link on request. 

Please note that Hempstead House no longer accepts cash on the premises. All purchases on site must be made by card payments only.

Please note all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Cancellations, either by individuals or as a group including reduced attendance, received 1 month prior to event will result in loss of deposits.

All cancellations received within 1 month of the event will unfortunately result in a full cancellation charge.

 

Guests are entitled to a full reimbursement should the hotel cancel the event unless the hotel is forced to close following government guidelines where a full credit voucher only will be issued.

 

Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
