The Bublé Christmas Experience

Timings

Guests are asked to arrive at 7pm for pre-dinner drinks in the Coach House Bar, prior to being seated for dinner service at 7.30pm in the Heritage Suite. The evening will end at approximately Midnight.

Why not make the most of your time with us and take full advantage of our accommodation and Aquamanda Spa from check in of 3pm until 5pm the following day. Rates start from £170 B&B for double occupancy.

Guests attending our Christmas Events qualify for a complimentary upgrade (subject to availability).

To confirm a bedroom reservation, card details are required and will be held against the booking for cancellation purposes. Accommodation can be settled on arrival with the option to cancel 7 days prior to arrival.

Unless otherwise stated, a £10 deposit per person is required at time of booking. Full pre-payment is required 1 month prior.

Deposit payments can be made with card details over the phone, bank transfer or payment link on request.

Please note that Hempstead House no longer accepts cash on the premises. All purchases on site must be made by card payments only.

Please note all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations, either by individuals or as a group including reduced attendance, received 1 month prior to event will result in loss of deposits.

All cancellations received within 1 month of the event will unfortunately result in a full cancellation charge.

Guests are entitled to a full reimbursement should the hotel cancel the event unless the hotel is forced to close following government guidelines where a full credit voucher only will be issued.

Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
