Quality family time this Easter with a traditional roast lunch and scavenger hunt.

£36.50 per person

includes 3 course traditional roast lunch with coffee

This Easter, Sunday 31st March 2024 we invite you and your family for some quality family time at Hempstead House Hotel.

Tables are available for a traditional Sunday lunch in the Lakes Restaurant, every half hour between 12.30pm and 2.30pm, subject to availability, charged at £36.50 per person for a 3 course lunch with coffee and petiti fours.

Children are welcome at £20 per child to include a free soft drink and scavenger hunt, in and around the hotel to discover some chocolate treasure.

Pre-orders are required in advance for all lunch bookings.

A £10 deposit per person is required at the time of booking with the full balance to be settled on the day.

Information

£10 deposit per person is required at time of booking. Full pre-payment is required 1 month prior.

Deposit payments can be made with card details over the phone only. 

Please note that as we return to normality, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations, either by individuals or as a group, received 1 month prior to event will result in loss of deposits.

Cancellation for individuals on proof of a positive case of Covid received up to 3 days prior will result in initial loss of deposit. The remaining balance will be issued onto a credit voucher to utilise another time towards any service or alternative event at Hempstead House, valid for a full 3 months from the issue date. 

All non-covid cancellations received within 1 month of the event will unfortunately result in a full cancellation charge.

Guests are entitled to a full reimbursement should the hotel cancel the event unless the hotel is forced to close following government guidelines where a full credit voucher only will be issued.

Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
