Guaranteeing a fun filled evening full of cheer every weekend this Christmas for you, family, friends and colleagues

Bringing the traditional Classic Christmas Party back to Hempstead House this year, we invite you into The Coach House Bar and Heritage Suite for a night of festive fun!

A Classic Christmas Cocktail will be waiting for you on your arrival before making your way to your table for a delicious traditional Christmas 3 course dinner.

It’s then time to visit our Magic Mirror Photobooth for some selfie fun and dance the night away with our disco ‘til Midnight.

Private tables guaranteed for parties of 8+ or more only. Smaller parties are of course welcome and will be seated with other smaller parties to make up a table between 8 and 10.

As a thank you to our fabulous NHS and emergency services, we offer a 10% discount per person for those holding a valid blue light card on the highlighted *dates.

Exclusive Lakes Christmas Parties:

Fancy a private party? Our Lakes Restaurant is the perfect setting with central dance floor and bar for a maximum of 60 guests, whether it be an exclusive company Christmas party or personal celebration.

£62 per person to include exclusive hire, glass of bubbly on arrival, 4 course festive dinner inclusive of coffee & petit fours and disco until Midnight. Minimum of 50 guests required to guarantee exclusivity. Available throughout December.

A £10 non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure a booking. Full payment due 1 month prior.

Rooms

Why not make the most of your time with us and take full advantage of our accommodation and Aquamanda Spa access from check in of 3pm until 5pm the following day. Rates start from £175 B&B for double occupancy.

Guests attending our Christmas Events qualify for a complimentary upgrade (subject to availability).

Information

£10 deposit per person is required at time of booking. Full pre-payment is required 1 month prior.

Deposit payments can be made with card details over the phone only. 

Please note that as we return to normality, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations, either by individuals or as a group, received 1 month prior to event will result in loss of deposits.

Cancellation for individuals on proof of a positive case of Covid received up to 3 days prior will result in initial loss of deposit. The remaining balance will be issued onto a credit voucher to utilise another time towards any service or alternative event at Hempstead House, valid for a full 3 months from the issue date. 

All non-covid cancellations received within 1 month of the event will unfortunately result in a full cancellation charge.

Guests are entitled to a full reimbursement should the hotel cancel the event unless the hotel is forced to close following government guidelines where a full credit voucher only will be issued.

Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
