Christmas Murder Mystery Dinner

Which list you are on. The Good? Or the Naughty? Unwrap this festive gem and you’ll find a host of festive folk looking to tickle your tinsel, tighten your trinkets and twist your trimmings.

This interactive Moneypenny Murder Mystery Production returns to the 1920’s with this classic Christmas themed country house mystery.

Participants play as teams to solve the crime: WHO? HOW and WHY? You'll witness performed scenes, discover clues, and interrogate the suspects to catch the killer.

Private tables are only guaranteed for parties of 8 or more. Smaller bookings of 2+ are of course welcome and will be placed with other smaller parties to make up a table between 8 and 10.

A £10 non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure a booking. Full payment due 1 month prior.

Timings

Doors open from 7pm with prompt dinner service at 7.30pm. The evening will close at approximately 11pm.

Rooms

Why not make the most of your time with us and take full advantage of our accommodation and Aquamanda Spa access from check in of 3pm until 5pm the following day. Rates start from £155 B&B for double occupancy.

Guests attending our Christmas Events qualify for a complimentary upgrade (subject to availability).

What's On

Information

£10 deposit per person is required at time of booking. Full pre-payment is required 1 month prior.

Deposit payments can be made with card details over the phone only. 

Please note that as we return to normality, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations, either by individuals or as a group, received 1 month prior to event will result in loss of deposits.

Cancellation for individuals on proof of a positive case of Covid received up to 3 days prior will result in initial loss of deposit. The remaining balance will be issued onto a credit voucher to utilise another time towards any service or alternative event at Hempstead House, valid for a full 3 months from the issue date. 

All non-covid cancellations received within 1 month of the event will unfortunately result in a full cancellation charge.

Guests are entitled to a full reimbursement should the hotel cancel the event unless the hotel is forced to close following government guidelines where a full credit voucher only will be issued.

Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
